Thank you for choosing OWLS. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best O Level practice experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Digital Product Policy

OWLS provides digital access to O Level past paper practice questions. Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases are considered final upon completion of payment. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.

Refund Eligibility

We may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased practice papers, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days.
  • Duplicate purchases made by mistake (refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase).
  • Accidental purchases (refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours and before any practice papers have been accessed).

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Practice papers that have been accessed or attempted
  • Free trial papers provided as part of the signup process
  • Practice papers purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Refund requests submitted after you have accessed more than one practice paper from a purchased bundle

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at owls@islandlaunchpad.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction reference number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take up to 10 additional business days.
