• We use trusted third-party payment processors (PayHere) to handle your payment information securely. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
• All payments are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Currency conversion fees may apply if using international payment methods.

Access and Delivery

• Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate digital access to the purchased practice papers through your OWLS account.
• Access is granted on a per-account basis and is non-transferable.
• We will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Returns and Refunds
